Our wheat noodles are made with a combination of Wheat Flour and Buckewheat Flour providing every serving to be loaded with natural fiber and nutrients while being filling at the same time. It takes three months for buckwheat to be ready for harvest, so it can be harvested four times a year, mainly in spring, summer, and autumn. Buckwheat is also known to help lower cholesterol levels in the blood.
